 Description:

Required orientation to receive a laptop via the FCC's Emergency Connectivity Fund (EFC). Registrants who arrive more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed to enter orientation and must reschedule for a future orientation session.

Laptops are available for checkout (while supplies last).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Recipients must have a valid HCPL library card number.
  • Recipients must be ages 5 and older.
  • Recipients must attend a mandatory orientation (including children recipients).
  • One laptop per verified library account/number allowed
 Additional Info: In-person orientation is required for all EFC recipients, including children ages 5+.
